GTS school software for all-day schools

The administration of an all-day school sometimes takes up a lot of time and binds colleagues to repetitive routine tasks. In order to minimize these efforts and save paper at the same time, the GTS administration software was developed in cooperation with several all-day schools, which gives the responsible teachers more time for the essentials.

Online all-day registration
Parents can register their children for the all-day school directly with the GTS system if they wish. Simply define the registration form yourself. A SEPA direct debit mandate can also be offered to parents for download. Upon request, parents can receive an email confirming receipt of their registration.

Online selection system
Courses can be chosen either online from home or alternatively in the school computer room, with each student receiving their own login details. Students are authenticated either via the school's own LDAP server or their own user administration. The GTS administration software recognizes for each pupil on which days they may choose which AG offers. Only such AGs are displayed to the pupil. If a pupil has been administratively selected for an AG in advance, this is visible to the pupil after logging in. Of course, no overlapping AGs or AGs that overlap with the regular timetable can be selected.

Supervision module
As a supervising cooperation partner for all-day care, you always have a complete overview. Some functions are digital registration and deregistration of children in care, recording of attendance and sick notes and much more.

Parent portal
A parents' portal can be used to register children for sick leave or special attendance times in addition to the choice of activities. The school secretariat is automatically informed by e-mail.
