vhs learning platform

The vhs learning portal is a free learning platform with digital textbooks for German as a second language, literacy and basic education.

The platform offers teachers a free learning management system with which they can easily make their lessons more digital - in face-to-face, blended learning or online courses. With interactive exercises, audios and videos, the digital courses provide variety.

Learners can use the platform to continue learning independently after a face-to-face course and thus bridge waiting times for follow-up courses.

The range of courses includes
- German as a second language (from literacy to B1)
- German for the professional world (A2-B1, special courses for care and transport/logistics)
- Writing
- Numeracy
- Digital basic education

The vhs learning portal is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
