If you would like to inform yourself in detail about the rooms in the run-up to the trade fair, the website www.koelncongress.de is a good source of information. Here you can set off on a virtual tour and gain an initial impression

Please use the laptop available on the lectern. This ensures the correct settings, necessary connections, etc. Should you bring your own technology with you, please let us know in good time.

It is not foreseen for an event technician to be available permanently in the individual rooms, should technical problems arise our in-house technician can be reached via our organisation team.

Visitors can access the Wi-Fi service for free using the SSID (name of the Wi-Fi network) #hotspot.koelnmesse. After registering on the network’s portal page, you can access the Internet for free.

In the event of the cancellation of booked and confirmed rooms/slots the following costs are payable:

Up until 20.12.2023: 30%

Up until 20.01.2024: 50%

From 21.01.2024: 100%

There will be a day programme for each room.

The organiser is responsible for playing/starting presentations (USB). Please make sure you only use standard fonts and standard PowerPoint formatting. Should any problems arise, please contact our organisation team.

Around 6 weeks before the opening of the fair the event search will be used frequently. Please make sure that the contents of your event are adequately described.
