Please note that you are not permitted to bring your own food and drinks for catering purposes.

If you would like more detailed information about the rooms in advance, the website www.koelncongress.de is a good source. Here you can also take a virtual tour and get an impression of the venue.

The organiser is responsible for loading/starting presentations (USB). Please ensure that you only use standard fonts and standard PowerPoint formatting. If you encounter any problems, please contact our organisation team.

Please use the laptop provided at the lectern to ensure that the correct settings, necessary connections, etc. are in place. If you wish to bring your own equipment, please let us know as soon as possible.

The following costs will be incurred for the cancellation of booked and confirmed rooms/slots:

Until 10 January 2026: 30%
Until 10 February 2026: 50%
From 11 February 2026: 100%

The daily programme for each room is displayed on a screen in that room.

There is no permanent event technician on duty in the individual rooms. In the event of technical problems, our in-house technician can be contacted on site via our organisation team. This does not apply to additional staff booked for the use of extended technology.

The free Wi-Fi service for visitors is available via the SSID (name of the Wi-Fi network) #hotspot.koelnmesse. After registering on the portal page of this network, you will have free Internet access.

We cannot guarantee a stable connection, so please have a back-up ready for web-based presentations.

Around 6 weeks before the start of the trade fair, the event search is used more frequently. We recommend that you describe the content of your event there in order to arouse the interest of visitors.
