Early build-up period and extended dismanteling

Advanced build-up is possible from 13.2.2024 for a fee.

Following the opening times for the early build-up period and extended dismateling:

The costs for the early build-up are amounting to Euro 980,00 EUR (plus VAT) per day ans 720,00 EUR (plus VAT) per night, per exhibitor and hall level, excluding the days on which the halls are closed. This fee will be charged from the day your early build-up begins. Please use the following form to order the early build-up.

The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible.

We would also like to inform you that during the extended build-up period the freight lifts can be used only on request. Only employees of Koelnmesse GmbH or companies commissioned by Koelnmesse GmbH are authorised to operate the lifts. You will have to bear the costs associated with their use.

We would also like to point out that the halls will not be heated until 19 February 2024. We would like to expressly point out that any earlier start of construction, i.e. before 14 February 2024, is at your own risk. Koelnmesse GmbH assumes no liability within the framework of the statutory provisions.

The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds. The booking in the eSlot portal will be activated for you from january 2024.
