The prevention programme DURCHBLICKT! promotes the safe and self-determined use of digital information and health services among pupils, teachers and parents. In other words, the programme aims to strengthen skills in searching, finding, evaluating and using this information for their own health. After all, how do you know whether the information or app you have found is really good for your own health? How do you recognise that this health information or app has been scientifically tested? To be able to assess and evaluate this, DURCHBLICKT! strengthens precisely these skills. These are summarised under the term ehealth literacy. With this competence, it is possible to learn and maintain a healthy overview of all the health information and offers.
