Hypnosis - access to the inner child

Where did we receive the fundamental imprints that make up our beliefs, values and behavioral patterns? In childhood, of course, when we were still a blank slate. Behavioral patterns that were initially practiced with great effort become so automated that they are later carried out completely unconsciously.

The inner child is an image that symbolizes these imprints that continue to have an effect in the age of awakening. The sun child has received the strengthening imprints, such as self-love and basic trust, which allow it to look to the world with resilience and optimism. The shadow child, on the other hand, feeds on doubt, dependence and loss, which makes it look at the world with pessimism.
