Fosthering growth mindset in the classroom

Anyone who has a growth mindset in life understands that skills and competencies grow and develop before they are fully developed. Applied to school, this means that we teach our students that they can learn any subject if they want to and are committed to it. Just because they can't do things YET doesn't mean they never will. And: everything is hard before it is easy.
