WLAN Access Point AX-3000

The solution for a modern, powerful, and secure WLAN network at your school. The AX-3500 model has been designed for educational institutions with medium to large bandwidth requirements. Based on the latest Wi-Fi standard (Wi-Fi 6), powerful devices are available to you.

With the AX-3500 access point, you can do away with complicated wiring. It features 2 network ports (LAN ports). One of them supports not only PoE but also the new 2.5 Gbit/s standard. Servers, PCs, and access points can be connected quickly and easily. An expensive site survey is also not required.

Thanks to the built-in technology, the devices communicate with each other and autonomously adapt to the circumstances. Mutual interference is thus prevented, ensuring efficient use of the available frequencies.

The term "plug and play" takes on a whole new meaning here. Once connected to the internal network, the AX-3500 automatically connects to the optionally available OctoGate firewall.

This applies to both the local OctoGate and all our cloud products. With 4 processor cores and 1024 MB of RAM, you are well equipped for the requirements of everyday school life. The new metal backplane provides excellent heat dissipation and very good frequency radiation behavior.

The device operates in the 2.4 GHz range with 4x4 MIMO and offers numerous other useful features.

The AX-3500 model from OctoGate expands the described functionality with 4x4 MIMO also in the 5 GHz range. Thus, it is also equipped for large installations with particularly many users and high bandwidth requirements. All Wi-Fi 6 features are implemented and certified according to RED (Radio Equipment Directive) EU-compliant.
