Instructions
I provide the teachers with simple instructions and FAQs so that they can initially enable themselves to use the available devices (and some questions don't even end up with the IT admin).

Reports & statistics
Create your own reports and reports that give you insights into the inventory and support. For example, you can see which devices will be out of warranty in 6 months' time so that you can check them again - before it's too late.

Service & maintenance
I plan and arrange service appointments between external service providers and the schools and remind them of recurring maintenance work.
