At eventus Bildung gGmbH, a Berlin-based provider organization, the focus is on promoting intercultural and interreligious education. With our network of 14 daycare centers, 10 FBO facilities for refugee children, a vocational school for social pedagogy, and an academy for educational training, we set innovative standards in the educational landscape.

Our commitment to intercultural and interreligious education is not just an aspect of our work, but the core of our philosophy. These principles not only shape the pedagogical practice in our daycares but also the curricula of our vocational school and the training programs of our academy.

didacta 2024: Our Contribution to Intercultural and Interreligious Competencies

At didacta 2024, we will present unique training and further education offerings for the development of intercultural and interreligious competencies and showcase innovative approaches and methods, such as:

• how intercultural and interreligious education can be effectively implemented and lived in the everyday life of daycare centers.

• recognizing, celebrating, and integrating the cultural and religious backgrounds of children in daycare centers.

• how educational institutions constructively deal with challenges arising from stigmatization, discrimination, and prejudice.
